To get the most of all the features that Somnox offers you need to install the app in order to change the settings and your preferences. With the app, you can change the breathing rate, choose to do a meditation, and choose whether you want to hear sounds.

The Somnox app is available for iPhone and Android phones. You can download the app by using the following link:

Somnox 1 connects to the app through a Bluetooth connection. Establishing this connection is only required when you want to change the settings. After changing the settings the Bluetooth connection can be disconnected. This means you do not need to bring your phone into the bedroom at night.

Please follow the steps below to connect Somnox 1 to the mobile app.

iPhone / iOS

  1. Download the app in the App Store if you did not already do this

  2. Open the Somnox app on your iPhone

  3. Create an account for the app (click here for a detailed explanation)

  4. Click on the button Connect Somnox

  5. Click on the button Connect Somnox again on the next screen

  6. Click on Somnox 1 in the list that appears. You can ignore the series of letters and numbers.

  7. Once Somnox 1 is connected you will see Somnox is connected in the upper part of the Homescreen

  8. Somnox 1 is now connected and you can change your breathing and sound preferences

Android

In order to connect your Android phone to Somnox 2 please follow the next steps:

  1. Download the app in the Google Play Store if you don't have the app yet

  2. Open the Somnox app on your Android phone

  3. Create an account for the app (click here for a detailed explanation)

  4. Click on the button Connect Somnox

  5. Click on the button Connect Somnox again on the next screen

  6. Click on your Somnox 1 in the list that appears. You can ignore the series of letters and numbers.

  7. Once Somnox 1 is connected you will see Somnox is connected in the upper part of the Homescreen

  8. Somnox 1 is now connected and you can change your breathing and sound preferences


Do you have trouble connecting?

If connecting with Somnox 1 does not work, a new screen will pop up that asks you to check your Bluetooth settings on your phone. Make sure to turn on Somnox 1 and place it next to your phone for optimal connection functionalities.
