A reset is a process where you reboot your Somnox 2. None of your settings will be lost, you're simply restarting the Somnox.
In order to perform a reset:
Plug your charger into the Somnox.
Press and hold down the power button, plus button, and minus button at the same time
Hold for at least 15 seconds.
Once the Somnox has rebooted, it the lights will automatically turn on.
Let go of the buttons.
Did the lights not turn on? Try again. If it still fails, feel free contact our customer support.
