We recommend that you charge Somnox 1 every morning after usage. This will ensure that Somnox 1 has enough energy to get through the upcoming night. You can check the battery level by pressing the button with the battery icon. The battery indicators show how much power is left, as you can see in the picture below:

Charge Somnox 1 by plugging the charger into the charger input and connecting the charger to a power source. Once charged, you can remove the charger from the power source and from Somnox 1. It doesn't hurt to leave Somnox on the charger longer since there is overcharge protection on the adapter.

Make sure that you fully charge the Somnox 1 battery before using it for the first time. It takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge Somnox 1. You cannot use Somnox 1 while it is charging.

A fully charged Somnox will last several days, depending on your usage. However, we recommend that you charge Somnox 1 daily for optimal use.
