Somnox can help children find calm during bedtime or moments of tension. We follow clear age recommendations to support safe and responsible use.

Our age recommendations

  • From 12 years old: Somnox can be used independently.

  • From 8 years old: Somnox can be used under supervision of a parent or caregiver.

These guidelines are based on our certification and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for young users.

Why these recommendations?

Somnox creates a gentle breathing-like motion designed to calm the body. Children from the age of 8 can understand how this works with your guidance. From age 12, most children can confidently use Somnox on their own.

How to use Somnox together with your child

  • Start together and let your child get familiar with the movement.

  • Explain that Somnox follows their breathing rhythm and helps them slow down.

  • Choose a suiting breathing tempo and begin with short sessions.

  • Make it a comforting ritual, for example at bedtime or after a busy day.

If you have questions about using Somnox in your specific situation, our team is happy to help.
