The best way to sleep with Somnox 1 is the way that feels right for you. There is no specific way or position that suits everybody. The most important thing is that you can feel the breathing of Somnox 1 by placing your hand or forearm on the breathing part of Somnox 1.

Although Somnox 1 is easiest to use with specific sleeping positions, it is advisable to experiment with different sleeping positions to find out which sleeping position feels most comfortable for you. The shape of Somnox 1 is designed in such a way that you can easily embrace it in bed. When you hold it against you, you feel the breathing simulation against your hand.

The recommended sleeping position is the sleeping position where you lie on your side while holding Somnox 1 against your body (see figure above).

If you sleep on your back, Somnox 1 may be too heavy to put on your chest. Try to put Somnox 1 next to you and try to find a position where you can still feel the breathing.

If you prefer to sleep on your belly, try different positions with Somnox 1 next to you, whilst still feeling the breathing rhythm with your hand or on your side.

Important! For Somnox Sense it is highly important to hold Somnox 1 to your chest or belly. Otherwise, the movement sensors cannot detect your breathing pace.
