A reset is a process in which the software of the product is changed to its original factory settings.
A reset is not something you should perform on your own initiative. If you are experiencing problems, please contact our customer service, and they will help you troubleshoot Somnox 2 (contact details below).
In order to perform a reset, first, plug your charger into Somnox 2. When Somnox 2 is charging, press the power button, the plus button, and the minus button at the same time and hold for at least 15 seconds.
When the factory reset has been done properly, Somnox 2 will switch on again.
