How to Create an Account for the Somnox App

To use the Somnox App, you will need to create an account. We will explain how to do that in this article.

Why do you need an account for the Somnox App?

For optimal use of your Somnox, we recommend using the Somnox App. With the Somnox App, you can change the breathing and audio settings of your Somnox. You will need an account for the Somnox App to save your preferences.

How can you create an account for the Somnox App?

First, you will need to download the Somnox App. Once you open the Somnox App, a screen will appear asking for your first name. Afterward, you can create an account to save your preferences and settings for your Somnox Breathe & Sleep Robot.

You can choose to create an account for the Somnox App with an existing account, such as Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, or with your email address.

You can create an account with:

  1. Your email address

  2. Your Google account

  3. Your Facebook account

  4. Your Apple ID (for iPhone and iPad)

Creating an account with your email address

In order to create an account using your email address, you will need a valid email address and a password that you can remember.

  1. Fill in your first name.

  2. Select Continue with email.

  3. Fill in your email address.

  4. Enter a password that complies with the following conditions:

    1. At least 8 characters

    2. At least one capital letter (A-Z)

    3. At least one lowercase (a-z)

    4. At least one number (0-9)

    5. At least one special character (eg. !@#$%^)

  5. Make sure to write down or save your password and try to remember which email address you have used to create your account.

Creating an account with Google, Facebook, or Apple ID

  1. Fill in your first name.

  2. Choose whether you want to use Google, Facebook, or Apple ID to create an account.

  3. Follow the steps on your screen.

  4. Make sure to remember the account that you used.

Do you already have an account?

If you open the Somnox App, the app will ask for your first name. Fill in your name to continue to the login screen. You can now log in with your email address or Google/Apple/Facebook account.

Forgot your password?

  1. Click on Continue with email.

  2. Fill in your email address.

  3. Click on Login.

  4. Click on Forgot password?

  5. You will automatically receive an email to set a new password.

Didn't receive an email?

Probably you do not yet have a Somnox account with the email address you stated. Please try another email address or create a new account.
