Meditations help you relax

Meditation is a technique that helps to relax your body and your mind. During meditation, you learn to observe your thoughts instead of acting upon them. By doing this, you focus your attention on the here and now. Meditation helps you let go of the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress.

Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation, resulting in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

You can meditate with or without guidance. An example of guided meditation is a story being told by a soothing voice.

There are numerous meditations available via YouTube and Spotify. We will release the feature Streaming later this year with an update, and we will keep you informed about the exact moment we will make streaming possible for all Somnox 2 users.
