Why do you need an account for the Somnox App?
For optimal use of your Somnox, we recommend using the Somnox App. With the Somnox App, you can change the breathing and audio settings of your Somnox. You will need an account for the Somnox App to save your preferences.
How can you create an account for the Somnox App?
First, you need to download the Somnox App. Once you open the Somnox App, a screen will appear that asks for your first name. Afterward, you can create an account to save your preferences and settings for your Somnox Breathe & Sleep Robot.
You can choose to create an account for the Somnox App with an existing account like Google, Facebook, or Apple ID, or with your e-mail address.
You can create an account with:
Your e-mail address
Your Google account
Your Facebook account
Your Apple ID (for iPhone and iPad)
Creating an account with your e-mail address
In order to create an account using your email address, you need a valid email address and a password that you can remember.
Fill in your first name
Select 'Continue with email'
Fill in your email address
Enter a password that complies with the following conditions:
At least 8 characters
At least one capital letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase (a-z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (eg. !@#$%^)
Make sure to write down or save your password and try to remember which email address you have used to create an account.

Choose whether you want to use Google, Facebook, or Apple ID to create an account
Follow the steps on your screen
Make sure to remember the account that you used
Do you already have an account?
If you open the Somnox App, the app asks for your first name. Fill in your name to continue to the log-in screen. You can now log in with your e-mail address, or Google/Apple/Facebook account.
Forgot your password?
Click on 'Continue with email'
Fill in your e-mail address
Click on 'Login'
Click on 'Forgot password?'
You will automatically receive an e-mail to set a new password
Did you not receive an email?
Probably you do not have a Somnox account yet with the e-mail address you stated. Please try another e-mail address or create a new account.
