To make optimal use of Somnox 1, we recommend downloading and using the Somnox App. In the app, you can personalise breathing settings, select breathing exercises and choose soothing sounds.

If you open the Somnox App, you need to create an account. There are four ways to create your account:

  1. Using your own e-mailadres

  2. Using your Google account

  3. Using your Facebook account

  4. Using your Apple ID (for iPhone and iPad users)

In this article, we will only focus on creating an account with your email address. If you would like to create your account using one of the other options but experience problems, please contact our Customer Support Team via [email protected].

Create an account using your email address

In order to create an account using your email address you need two things:

  1. A valid email address

  2. A password

If you already have an account you can log in with your existing details. If you don't have an account yet you have to click on 'New account' and enter your email address, and a password that complies with the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least one capital letter (A-Z)

  • At least one lowercase (a-z)

  • At least one number (0-9)

  • At least one special character (eg. [email protected]#$%^)

Please ensure you meet the password requirements and then click on Create account to create your account. After creating your account you will be ready to personalise and use Somnox 1.

Do you already have an account?

If you open the Somnox App, the app asks for your name. If you already have an account, you should still fill in your name. After this step, you can choose to continue with Apple, Google, Facebook, or email.

If you click on 'Continue with email', you can enter your email address and click on 'Login'. A screen appears in which you can fill in your password. Did you forget your password? Click on 'Forgot password?'. You will automatically receive an e-mail in your inbox with a link to choose a new password.

Do you not receive an e-mail? Most probably, you do not have an account yet with the e-mail address that you entered. Please try to make a new account or try another e-mail address.
