This is just the beginning. It will take a while to get used to the Sleep Robot. And after that, it can take some time to find the exact settings that work for you.
The average duration of getting used to new treatments:
1. Time to adjust to a new treatment (about 3 days)
2. Time to notice changes/improvements for your sleep (2 -3 weeks)
3. Time to notice an overall effect/improvement of your health and how you feel during the day (>3 months)
But we encourage you to not give up and keep trying. And don’t forget: just keep breathing.
