Follow below steps to request deletion of your app account and data.

At Somnox, we highly value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your app account and data, you can easily do so by completing our data deletion form.

Steps to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Open the Somnox app.

  2. Make sure you are in the 'Somnox' tab

  3. Tap the status bar at the top to go to the 'status & account' screen

  4. Scroll down until you see the red 'Delete my account' button. Tap this button.

  5. Your request for account and data deletion is now complete.

Our team will review and process your request. Please note that this may take up to 30 days to complete.

Additional Information

  • Once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
